In the morning when I arrived at campus, I went straight to the pastry to prepare legit layer of processing materials. actually today we are going to make lobster, since today the lobster is not available so we move on to legit layers. It is still the same as yesterday's recipe but today we analyze our manufacturing process
For the combustion process, it takes a little time, as we know the legit layer is a layered cake where the layered surface is burned to get just the brown color, then refill it with raw dough and then burned again and so on until the dough is full After the dough is full, it will be baked again in about 15 minutes to reach the desired maturity.
we went in for assessment and outside of our expectations lecturers rated it very good in terms of form and taste so we didn't repeat it the next day.
