Today we move to the next topic, tartlet. for friends who don't know What is a tartlet? I will explain a little about tarlets. From what I read, tartlets are tarts made of sugar dough, but the difference between tartlets and tarts is that tartlets are mini versions of tarts.

The steps are not too difficult but Mr. Ical wants a perfect tartlet of shape, color, etc. So, we started making tartlets using recipes that we knew of. It was baked and it turned out it wasn't perfect so we tried again. And still not perfect. Tartlet isn't as simple as we thought.
