Starter 01

here I will tell about my activities during the practice this time, ie here I will make a starter or yeast where day 1, my biga fails and make tomorrow again and good luck tomorrow.


biga is said to be still alive if it is dipped in water and the yeast floats on the surface of the water if it succeeds in giving food so that it lasts longer by adding flour so that the yeast natural  does not react again.
