today I will make a special food, Makassa, barongko with the basic ingredients of bananas.
The main ingredients are made of bananas, the package is also made of banana leaves. This means that it must be the same as what is seen outside with what is stored inside us. Other meanings are what is thought and felt should be in harmony with the actions to be taken.
Hellodiersss :): In entering the practice in the second week, thank God we were given the opportunity to become part of the job fair 2019, we are tasked with making snack boxes. The menu is also not too far from home cooking as well as typical Makassar foods such as jalangkote, barongko, satay etc. Now we are divided into 2 groups where today we will all prepare all menus. I got the task of making barongko which consisted of banana kepok which was already cooked plus gulapasir, coconut milk, and eggs all these ingredients mix using a blender until smooth then wrapped in banana leaves that have been dried in the sun. This Barongko is stowed for more or less 10 minutes, usually served cold after being stored in the refrigerator, but there are also some who like to eat it while still warm.
