Before I talk too deeply about my life #kitchenstories, let's look first about at GARDIN.

From the old Northern French word for “Garden,” Gardin Bistro & Patisserie is a hidden gem in a small forest. The restaurant was conceived and developed by Jason Kurniawan who has opened FABLE nightclub and Odysseia Restaurant in Jakarta. With a Middle-Aged, gothic, European style building design surrounded by lush, tropical plants and greenery; one doesn’t feel like they are sitting in a restaurant on an Indonesian island. The main dining area is intimate and cozy, while the glasshouse and outdoor seated areas are romantic and sensual with a crystal clear view of the sky during the day and the moon and stars at night.

       "We wanted to differentiate ourselves from the current industrial design trend," says owner, Jason Kurniawan, "As well as using a combination of glass, textures and elements to try and make a beautiful marriage between the man-made and natural”.

          Unchaining a brand new menu in Gardin ‘Traditional Rawon Iga‘ taste the tenderness of meat wrapped in traditional Indonesian spices, complete with condiments salted egg, chilly and emping. Also 'Foie Gras with Manggis Salak Puree' formulating flavors of the creamy rich European Foie Gras blending it with zesty sweetness of our local fruit.

          The dessert collection is one of the largest in Bali, with 19 unique, mouth-watering items to choose from including a number of different mousses, crème brûlées and all of the classic favorites. As for libations, Gardin boasts an impressive collection of over 50 top shelfs, premium bottles of all types of alcohol and wine along with Signature Cocktails, Champagne Cocktails, Flavored Martinis, Frozen drinks, Pitchers, Mocktails and Healthy drink options.
   

Not only that, ALL-IN also has a night club that is open at 1:00 a.m., and thanks I'm not working at that place
