Today it includes a la carte 1 replay. As usual, we arrived at the campus at 7:45 a.m. and oneline in the kitchen 08.10 wita. This time my group friends and I served in the butcher section but because our numbers made too much of Butcher Rame SO I moved to great for sharing and helped other friends make sauce.
I really like this ala carte learning because it is a bit challenging which requires speed, tenacity, instincts are also necessary, and cleanliness of the contents. Continue to challenge where ?? At the start of the very many orders, that's where we can handle accurately or NOT !. What is clear is the core of the ala carten preparation if the preparation of materials is complete then the ala carte runs successfully but if the opposite is where there is a failure. Many of them make simple preparations because it's only a small worker, it's easy to just cut it into pieces, it's finished.
