The day we only prepared this time was categorized as my team butcher, nurmilna wati, dina, ghostea, yusril, Gabriel, fadhil, sulfitri and edo. So it was our job to only accept or prepare raw materials for other groups who will execute them. in the butcher we separate the groups which make the help team to maincourse groups, appetizers and dessert. I and sulfitri help the main course group, I prepare the mussels then steam less than 10 minutes lift and chill. After it's cold then sulfitri packs a portion weighing 100gr (about 3 pcs mussels) and store it into the frezzer.

I made this is purre from carrot, pumpkin, and bean peas which have their own colors, there are yellow from pumpkin, orange from carrot and green from bean. And how to make it all the same. Oh yes! Surely diers are confused, what is purre?
