right at 08.00 before they entered the kitchen we checked the grooming and their toolbag equipment if they were complete then we allowed them to enter the cold kitchen.This time they will learn Basic Cutting before starting our supervisior review their ability to first ask about anything they already know and we share the kitchen world.


instruction from Mr. ical that for freshmen, please re-practice the basic cutting of vegetable they have done beforehand to make sure again how to hold the right knife and then also prepare the chicken boiler which will teach the freshman to make Basic cutting poultry.
