Idul Adha

The last day of practice in this month, we arrived early that is exactly 7:00 a.m. but we are still waiting for seniors who will charge us. This time we are doing, my group made a main course with Thai menu. people so I handle the gaitod takrai and chicken teriyaki.

For ingredients from gai tod takrai namely chicken that has been cut 12 with marined lemonggras, garlic, shallot, chilli, and fish sauce it is better for the chicken to be marinated overnight so that the spices soak perfectly but with a limited time, I marined for 15 minutes and before chicken frying a little flour, egg and cornstarch and fry to cook and brown.

After 12.00, we also completed all activities and clear up tables. When we were also given instructions to explain the results of the products we made in front of the lecturers.
