Today we preparation to the menu rotation 1 to be cooked and served in the restaurant for tomorrow. But, before that we are given preparation of the menu rotasi/table d’hote.Oiyah hallodies!Do you know, what's the menu rotation?
... Menu rotasi/table d’hote is a dish of food in it have a course of its own, there are 2 kinds of course, namely :A classic made up of cold appetizers, soup (hot or cool), fish, the main course, hot are, shorbet, roasted a salad, vegetable milik, sweet, savory and dessert.Meanwhile the menu complete with appetizers, soup, main course and dessert.The menu each has portion size such as appetizers (40-60 g), Soup (60 to 80), the main course 100-150 and the last dessert 30-40gr.

After that present instructionby sir Syahrial.Supervisior share give an assignment every each  group and my group getting  .for Haloddies ,what is that? That is the cake similar to the sponge cake it’s just using egg yolks.ingredients : butter(720gr),sugar(780gr),salt(7gr),egg(450gr),soft flour(900gr),baking powder (35gr),milk(900gr) and vanilla (15ml) .
But this time how to make it a little different from recipe,because senior doing and all l remember she first put int the ingredients liquid  such as milk –egg-vanilla.After the dry well blended.Add mixed again.If it is well blended in slowly a liquid.Mixer a few minutes.



Once well and dough so stiff,print dough with a of the mold 30cm  this dough made 3 butter cake. So,Hallodies! who wants to make 1 serving of cake ,just for the 3 of the recipe above.Then bak e for 25 minutes and the temperature at the time ,let’s pop from the mold let stand  for a while .Honestly ,I’m not convined on the that I produc,i made cause I don’t enjoy th process and mixed hand.So the results are not  very satisfactory are  exppexted.we were told to star again from scratch.
