Daily Activity the Topic English Breakfast

Well ... as usual in weeks of pratice , I have to force myself to wake up early and go to the campus more quickly in order not to be late because it takes 30 minutes. I've arrived on campus 7 am.  Prepare yourself to complete unifrom, a napkin and equipment. Then we went to the lab kitchen with neat, then oneline regular basis because we will be given the material about the classic breakfast before the start we gave each job group which is where my group (including group six, seven, eight, 10) that will make english muffin and plain muffin. Materials of engglish the muffin that is hard flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, nonfat milk shortnin and shortnin, and how to make it with ini straigh dough.

But it's a little bit different because dusting to dough the muffin that use the butter, stir until dough pure and not cohere. After that, doing the process of developing approximately 10 to 15 minutes, then portion with a weight of 20 grams, then baking it for 30 minutes and serve.And on the breakfast today the juice - Bread - coffee or tea, and group 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, which will handle the menu table manner at 10 a.m.

That table manner, I'm a bit to help my friend again and prepare a menu of indonesia to tomorrow. Starting from just chop carrots and chopped onion to condiment fried noodles, seasoned chicken taliwang and sauce tomato. We're working together so we have a lot of free time to rest.
